Influenza

Influenza sed by certain strains of myxoviruses contain the inf e virus enters a healthy person's body when the person breathes in these inf uenza, or flu as it is commonly known, is cau viruses attack the respiratory tract. Vaccines are available for specific types of influenza, but they are effective only against specific strains of the virus, and that too for a period of about one year. Scientists find it difficult to develop vaccine that will provide general protection against influenza because of two reasons. First because it is difficult to produce a vaccine that is effective against all strains of virus causing influenza. Second, because these viruses mutate (change in nature) very rapidly, making vaccine developed against a particular virus ineffective after a year or two

वॉलीबॉल अंडर हैंड पास को थ्री स्टेप में सीखते हैं. 1- Stance( खड़े होने की मुद्रा) 2-Execution( निष्पादन, क्रियान्वयन) 3-Follow throw( फेक  का पालन) 1-Stance- पहले अपने दोनों पैरों को अपने कंधे के बराबर खोलना है, अपने मजबूत पैर को आगे और कमजोर पैर को पीछे रखना, आगे वाले पैर के एड़ी और पीछे वाले पैर का पंजा एक लाइन में रहेगा, दोनों घुटने थोड़े मुड़े रहेंगे, शरीर का भार आगे वाले पैर पर रहेगा रीड की हड्डी सीधी रहेगी दोनों हाथ सीधे रहेंगे एक हाथ की मुट्ठी बधि रहेगी  दूसरे हाथ से पकड़े रहना है दोनों अंगूठे सीधे रहेंगे दोनों कोहनी भी सीधी रहेगी। 2-Execution- अब बॉल को देखना है और बॉल को अपने दोनों हाथ के कलाई और कोहनी के बिच मे लेना है। 3-Follow throw-बाल को हाथ में लगते हैं दोनों घुटने को सीधा करते हुए कमर को सीधा करते हुए एक स्टेप आगे बढ़ते हुए बाल को ऊपर की तरफ फेंकना है।
